Solix Ring Guide

Find your fit.

The right fit keeps your Solix Ring comfortable and its sensors close to your skin for consistent readings.

Snug, not tight. Your ring should stay in place without rotating freely, while still being easy to remove.

Your usual size

Should I size up?

In most cases, no. Solix Ring uses standard US ring sizes, so choose your normal size if you already know it.

Because a smart ring is wider than a traditional jewelry band, it may feel slightly more secure on your finger.

Choose the larger size only if:

  • You are between two sizes.
  • You prefer a looser fit.
  • Your fingers tend to swell during the day.
